2. Processing Time:
   • All cancellation requests will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of request.
3. Order Status:
   • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund:
   • Full Refund: A full refund will be granted if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.
   • Partial Refund: If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered, customers may be eligible for a partial refund, minus shipping and handling fees.
   • No Refund: Once an order is delivered, no refund will be issued unless the product is defective or damaged (see Return Policy).
2. Processing of Refunds:

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Return Policy
